Photo Release: UUCUV is an expanding congregation. To help show how active and excited we are here at UUCUV we like to take and display photos and videos of our classes, events, and activities. We would like to include our wonderful students in these photos and videos to display on bulletin boards, in newsletters, on the web site, and possibly in classroom projects and mementos. Please select one of the following choices so we may use photos and videos appropriately.

•Registration gives the RE leaders permission to administer first aid until guardians can be summoned.
•Guardians must be part of the UUCUV's database of contact information to register their child. Contact office@uucuv.org to be sure you're in our database.
•Guardians whose children are registered will be added to the very low volume email discussion board.
•Classes serve snacks as part of their curriculum, please be sure your child's sensitivities, allergies, and dietary disciplines are recorded here.
